With almost two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, I pride myself on being a compassionate and highly-skilled healthcare professional. Working in the ICU has taught me to thrive in diverse work environments, and I possess outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as cultural sensitivity and empathy.

My academic background includes specializing in lactation education counseling at the University of California, San Diego. I am proud to have achieved certification as an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, having excelled in the rigorous board exams.

As a wife and mother of a seven-year-old daughter, my own postpartum experience inspired a deep passion for breastfeeding and lactation consulting. My struggles during that period with both helpful and unhelpful advisors, nurses, and consultants have fueled my determination to provide accessible, knowledgeable, and supportive resources to new families. Working with breastfeeding mothers who require education, feeding plans, and related assistance is a fulfilling and rewarding part of my role. I am dedicated to advocating passionately for the benefits of infant nutrition and empowering families with knowledge of the emotional and physical advantages it provides.
